Termination of SSM Business

1. Terminate of SSM business can be registered for the following reasons:

Go out of business
Bankruptcy
Death of owner
Court order

2. Registered businesses whose business registration certificate has not yet expired are allowed to register business termination / terminate ssm

3. Register the termination of business due to death within 4 months from the date of death.

If the customer registers an EzBiz SSM account for the first time

The staff in charge will register an EzBiz account for the customer if the customer does not have an EzBiz account and request additional documents to create an EzBiz account first, additional documents are such as (front/back ID card photo, face photo holding ID card, 1 photo of supporting documents such as license driving or birth certificate or marriage certificate).
The staff in charge will also ask the customer to select the date and time of the video call session with the SSM officer for the verification process.
After verification is complete, customers can wait 2-5 working days for the registration process to be completed. The staff on duty may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that needs further explanation or needs to be changed a little or so on.
The approved SSM certificate will be sent to the customer’s email in PDF format.

 

If the customer has an EzBiz account

The staff on duty will inform the customer to look at the email inbox to see the temporary username and password that has been sent by the SSM system.
The temporary username and password must be allowed to be given to the staff on duty so that the staff on duty can continue the next registration process.
The customer can wait 2-5 working days for the registration process is complete. The staff on duty may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that needs further explanation or needs to be changed a little or so on.
The approval time depends on the information in the application form.
The approved SSM certificate will be sent to the customer’s email in PDF format.
Only for Sole Proprietorship and Partnership. SDN Company. BHD, PLT, LLP, KLINIK, LAW FIRM, State of SABAH and State of SARAWAK cannot use this form.
