Change Info SSM

Registration of business information changes:

Business Address

  • Select change ssm information / change ssm business address you want to change. This can include the company address, mailing address, or any other information related to the business address.
  • Fill in the space provided (change info ssm) with the new or latest address information. Make sure you enter accurate and correct information.
  • Once you have updated the address information, review the information and make sure the information is correct and accurate. Then, send the business address change application.
  • The staff in charge will check your business address change application. This process may take 1 to 2 days or more depending on the type of change you are making. We will contact you if there are any issues or additional information required.

 

Business Type

  • Select the new business type you want to register for your company. Make sure the type of business you choose is the right one and fits the company’s business activities.
  • Apart from the type of business, you may need to update other information related to this change, such as information about the company owner, business address, etc.
  • Once you have updated the information, review the information and make sure the information is correct and accurate. After the review is done, the application will be processed until it is approved.

 

Branch Information

  • Select add or delete ssm branch whose information you want to update.
  • Fill in the information or delete the information in the space provided with the new or latest branch information. Be sure to enter accurate and correct information.
  • Once you have updated the branch information, review the information and make sure the information is correct and accurate.

 

Owner or Partner Information

  • Select the owner or partner information you want to update, including their address.
  • Fill in the owner’s or partner’s information in the space provided with the owner’s or partner’s new or updated address information. Be sure to enter accurate and correct information.
  • Once you have updated the owner or partner information, review the information and make sure the information is correct and accurate.

 

If Kali’s first time customer registers SSM business

  1. The staff in charge will register an EzBiz account for the customer if the customer does not have an EzBiz account and request additional documents to create an EzBiz account first, additional documents are such as (front/back ID card photo, face photo holding ID card, 1 photo of supporting documents such as license driving or birth certificate or marriage certificate).
  2. The staff in charge will also ask the customer to select the date and time of the video call session with the SSM officer for the verification process.
  3. After verification is complete, customers can wait 2-5 working days for the registration process to be completed. The staff on duty may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that needs further explanation or needs to be changed a little or so on.
  4. The approved SSM certificate will be sent to the customer’s email in PDF format.

 

If the customer has registered an SSM business before,

  1. The staff on duty will inform the customer to look at the email inbox to see the temporary username and password that has been sent by the SSM system.
  2. The temporary username and password must be allowed to be given to the staff on duty so that the staff on duty can continue the next registration process
  3. Customers can wait 2-5 working days for the registration process to be completed. The staff on duty may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that needs further explanation or needs to be changed a little or so on.
  4. The approval time depends on the information in the application form.
  5. The approved SSM certificate will be sent to the customer’s email in PDF format.
  6. Only for Sole Proprietorship and Partnership. SDN BHD, PLT, LLP, KLINIK, LAW FIRM, State of SABAH and State of SARAWAK cannot use this form.
